Harriet has allergies

Harriet has been seen before for seasonal allergies. As an older Boxer and quite the neighborhood sensation, she needs some special treatment. Usually we would hyposensitize the pet and allergy test her. At her age, we believe conservative treatment may help prevent Harriet’s tendency to chew on her the pads of her feet as well as other areas of her abdomen and limbs.

Some simple rules:

1) Novel diet avoiding most common antigens found in common protein sources

2) air conditioning

3) intermittent bathing with hypo allergenic shampoo
